S’mores milkshake 

diy s’mores milkshake since you can never have too many s’mores flavored treats in your life: 

  

ingredients

  • Vanilla icecream
  • Milk
  • Marshmallows 
  • Graham crackers
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Whip cream (optional)

Insructions

  • First blend together three scoops of vanilla icecream, a splash of milk, a handful of marshmallows and one handful crumbled graham crackers.
  • Next take the chocolate syrup and splash on the inside of the cup. Then pour in milkshake.
  • add whip cream on top with chocolate syrup, crumbled graham crackers and toasted mini marshmallows

Coffee cake muffins

 

                 Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar 
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon 
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup canola oil
2 large eggs

for the crumb topping
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup or 1 stick melted unsalted butter
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

for the glaze
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2 teaspoon milk

              instructions 
preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
line a dozen muffin tin with muffin liner or coat with nonstick spray (Pam) ; set aside

to make the crumb topping combine sugars, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl. Wisk in melted butter. Add in flour then stir just until moist. Spread out mixture on wax paper to dry.

In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon baking soda and salt. 

In a small bowl whisk together milk, canola oil and egg. Pour mixture over dry ingredients and stir until moist. 

Next scoop the batter evenly into the muffin cups. Then sprinkle the reserved crumb topping over the batter slightly pressing it into the batter. Bake 15-17 minutes. 

While the muffins are baking make the glaze by mixing together the confectioners sugar and milk. If the glaze is to thin add more confectioners sugar. Drizzle on the muffins after 10 minutes of cooling.
serve warm then enjoy:) 

 

Diy monkey bread muffins

this is a diy monkey bread muffins recipe. Yesterday I posted a diy smores dip. That’s what my blog will mainly be about. I will post a lot of food diys but I might sometimes post face masks diys or anything like that. I hope you enjoy my blog. Please comment feedback and follow:)
            

    Monkey bread muffins

                       Ingredients

  • 2 can 7.5 oz refrigerated biscuits (I used pillsbury)
  • 1/2 cups melted butter
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

             Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray a dozen cup muffin sheet with nonstick pray (Pam)  spray on the bottom and sides
  3. Mix melted butter and brown sugar together in a small bowl add about 1 tablespoon into each muffin cup
  4. Mix white sugar and cinnamon into a plastic bag
  5. Next rip the buiscuts into pieces and put them all in the sugar and cinnamon bag. Evenly coat
  6. Place 8-10 biscuit pieces into each muffin cup. If you have extra cinnamon and sugar sprinkle on top.
  7. You can also add some of the melted butter and brown sugar mixture on top of the muffins  
  8. Bake 12-14 minutes
  9. Let cool for a few minutes then flip muffin pan upside down   
  10. Serve warm and enjoy:)  

Diy smore’s dip

  

          Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows 
  • 2 tablespoons milk

              Instructions

  1. First, over medium heat combine 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 1/2 cups marshmallow and 2 tablespoons of milk. 
  2. Mix until melted
  3. After its melted pour into a glass oven safe dish
  4. Top with remaining marshmallows or until the chocolate is fully covered
  5. Toast until slightly golden on the top
  6. Serve warm with graham crackers
  7. Enjoy:)
